MAP Testing

Hello families, all students will take MAP on 5/16 to measure how much they have grown in Reading and Math this year. Students will receive their testing locations the week before testing. Feel free to contact Ms. Cao at kim.cao@yesprep.org if you have any questions or concerns.

8th Grade Updates

8th Grade Families, we have a few updates for you:

• On Wednesday, May 10th, students will be allowed to take pictures for the promotion ceremony program. They may come to school dressed up or bring a change of clothes for Math class.
• On Thursday, May 18th, 8th graders will be traveling to NRG stadium for YES Prep's annual Senior Signing Day. In order to attend, a guardian must complete the permission slip online. Link: https://tinyurl.com/SSD-518
• Thank you to everyone who reached out to be a parent chaperone! If you were selected (it was on a first come, first serve basis), you should have gotten an email from Ms. Gutierrez this week.

Northbrook HS PTA Invitation

Dear YES Prep Northbrook Middle families,

For our families who have 8^th graders going to Northbrook or YES Prep Northbrook High School next year, this is an invitation to join us this coming school year. 

Monday for our last Northbrook High PTA meeting of the year. We will be electing our board for next school year and giving a quick overview of how we did this year and plans for next year. We will have drinks and pizza. The meeting will start at 6 p.m. and it will be in Northbrook High’s Lecture Room One.

MAP Testing
